About Incubator 2025
Applications are officially open for Incubator 2025, which will take place in the heart of Istanbul on October 7th - 10th, 2025, hosted by Sanatatak.
Currently one of the most accessible and best-funded European initiatives in the field, Incubator is a training programme offered by the European Network of Cultural Centres to support mid- to senior-level cultural professionals that aspire to start a European cultural cooperation project under funding schemes such as Creative Europe, Erasmus+, Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, Interreg, and CERV.
This programme is for those with a project idea that would like to refine with the help of an international team of high-level experts in European project writing. The training retreat will also offer opportunities to network and connect with socio-cultural professionals from all over Europe and beyond, and a rich programme will take participants through Istanbul's vibrant cultural life.
Selection criteria
For the 2025 edition of Incubator, ENCC will select 24 projects. ENCC members have priority in the selection process, but non-members are welcome to apply too. Priority will also be given to socio-cultural organisations working on the topic of inclusion and fostering the cultural participation of marginalised groups. One place will be reserved for socio-cultural workers from Ukraine. The goal is to select the most diverse and balanced pool of projects.
