Organization: consortium of partners under an ERASMUS+ project
---
This online training is designed especially for young people who want to get involved, create something meaningful, and actually develop skills that matter in real life. It’s all about cultural mediation, leadership, communication, digital literacy, and project management. All of them help to create engaging projects that people will remember.
The starting point
The places we walk past every day, the stories hidden in our cities, the traditions people share without even realising it. All of that is heritage, a heritage that is alive, changing, and fully connected to your daily life. And this course helps to understand it, shape it, and build one’s skills upon it.
About the course
Mediate your future! online course aims to guide participants through all stages of a cultural project mediation: from idea to evaluation. It is experience-based, includes interesting case studies, lots of useful knowledge and interactive materials. The course is divided into three modules:
- Cultural mediation and I, showing what heritage is
- Lead and reach out, focused on leadership, teamwork and dissemination
- Plan then act, dedicated to step-by-step project planning.
The course is available on the Edukacio platform. It is and will remain free and is available in four languages: English, Italian, French and Polish. You can complete it at your own pace. To validate your skills, you can obtain a Youthpass certificate for course completion after successfully answering several questions.

Who’s behind?
