Sustainable Cultural Management and Policy: ENCATC's Academy in Bologna

ENCATC announced their next Academy on Sustainable Cultural Management and Policy, taking place from 14–17 April 2025 in Bologna, Italy. The 4-day event will focus on equipping professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to foster sustainability within the cultural sector. NEMO accepts applications for travel grants from its members to attend the event.

About the ENCATC Academy

The ENCATC Academy's programme combines comprehensive lectures, hands-on case studies, and collaborative exercises to empower participants with the tools to address sustainability challenges in the cultural field.

Participants will:

- Gain insights into the latest trends in sustainable cultural management and policy.
- Explore the intersection of sustainability, resilience, and inclusivity in cultural activities.
- Learn innovative approaches to embedding sustainability in cultural organisations.
- Connect with cultural actors leading the sustainable transition.
- Expand their professional network with like-minded practitioners, researchers, and policymakers.

Opportunity for NEMO Members

Through NEMO’s partnership with ENCATC, 10 participants connected to NEMO member organisations will be selected to attend the Academy free of charge. Each selected participant will receive a travel grant of up to €800 to support their attendance.

Discounted Tickets for NEMO Members: Individuals connected to NEMO members can purchase tickets at a discounted price of €140 (full price: €200).
