About Step Up 2025

Step Up’s 15th edition offers an extended eight-week program featuring six weeks of training and choreographic work with Philip Connaughton, followed by the two-week Moving in Collaboration intensive with Luail, Ireland’s National Dance Company. Guided by Rehearsal Director Lucia Kickham and curated by Fearghus Ó Conchúir with Dance Limerick Director Mary Wycherley, Step Up supports dancers in developing technical and creative skills while connecting with Ireland’s dance community.

Key Details

Compensation: €650 per week for 8 weeks, plus accommodation

Eligibility: Dancers born or resident in Ireland who graduated in 2022 or later or began their professional career through alternative routes
