What Is This About?
Ice Hot Stockholm 2026 is a curated showcase platform that brings together Nordic contemporary dance artists and international presenters. Artists can apply to present a full-length live performance or a More More More pitch-style presentation. The event supports touring opportunities, visibility, and international networking for Nordic artists.
What to Expect
The selected works will be part of the Ice Hot artistic programme, offering either:
- A live full-length performance on stage or in a site-specific venue
- A 15-minute pitch presentation (More More More), based on video, photos, and artist talks
Selected artists will receive:
- Performance fees or presentation compensation
- Travel, accommodation (2–4 nights), and per diems for participants from outside Stockholm
- Additional coaching support and mentoring
- Performances must be available for touring after June 2026. Ecological travel is encouraged and supported.
Who Can Apply
You’re eligible if you:
- Are a professional artist or company based in or funded by: Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Åland Islands
- Hold Nordic citizenship, even if based abroad
- Propose a work suitable for international touring
- Submit only one application per working group (collaborators may appear in multiple applications)
