The RGCS (Research Group on Collaborative Spaces) Symposium 2025 invites submissions exploring the concept of "in-betweenness" in today's shifting work environments. As traditional boundaries of time, space, and roles blur due to remote work, platform technologies, and increased mobility, this symposium seeks to understand the hidden practices that emerge between physical spaces, digital tools, and social dynamics.

The Symposium aims to explore how hybrid workspaces, flexible schedules, and human-machine collaboration reshape organizational practices. Topics include dispersed work, hybrid environments, leadership in digital transitions, and social and spatial divides.

Submission Guidelines:
Organizers invite theoretical and empirical studies from diverse fields including organization studies, media, sociology, urban planning, and more. Both academics and practitioners are encouraged to submit.
