About SCENE

SCENE is an EU-funded project under HORIZON EUROPE, aimed at transforming filmmaking by integrating cutting-edge tools across the production pipeline. The project introduces innovations such as blockchain, AI, and 3D modeling to support tasks like media asset management, IP protection, location scouting, audience engagement, and cultural heritage 3D modeling.

The goal is to enhance creativity and efficiency in filmmaking—not replace filmmakers—but empower them with new technologies.

This short survey gathers expert perspectives on:

- Policies needed to support innovation and growth
- The impact of digital tools and emerging technologies
