About the event
During the event participants will join other creative & cultural practitioners, funders, policymakers, and innovation experts to explore the question: Does current funding for innovation match the characteristics and ambitions of cultural and creative industries? Participants are invited to discuss and imagine funding approaches that better align with the scale, diversity and ways of working in the sector.
The event is online and the session will be offered twice so you can join the time that fits you best:
- June 25, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM CEST, register here

To structure the conversation, digital zine will be created, as a creative activity designed to challenge the collective imagination.
What to expect:
- A co-design session where cultural and creative practitioners, funders and policymakers come together. - Discussions around key topics: Recognition for artistic, cultural and creative practices in innovation funding; Involvement of creative and cultural industries in cross-sectoral collaboration processes; Conditions and requirements that come with innovation funding.
- Collaborative creation of zines that provide space for provocations.
