About the Call
Building on the cooperation model developed during Ortaklaşa’s first phase, the programme expands its work to the European level through a partnership with Culture Action Europe (CAE). The call connects the local knowledge and experience of arts and culture organisations and municipalities in Türkiye and Europe, encouraging collaborations that extend beyond one-off projects to establish lasting relationships.
Supported projects should contribute to rethinking cultural policies, strengthening cultural and artistic production, and developing fair cooperation. Selected partnerships will also benefit from Ortaklaşa’s mentorship and advocacy activities, alongside CAE’s connections with cultural networks across Europe.
