About the Fellowship
The Fellowship Programme, supported by the EU, provides financial resources, training, and networking opportunities for civic leaders to enhance their impact within their communities. Participants will receive coaching on project management, communication skills, and technical expertise. Fellows also join an international alumni network and gain recognition as EU Eastern Partnership Civil Society Fellows.

How to Apply
Submit a Concept Note through the online application form by December 30, 2024. Successful applicants will be invited to submit a Full Application by February 7, 2025. The Fellowship begins in March 2025.

Applicants are encouraged to propose projects that address:
- Promoting participatory decision-making and social justice
- Strengthening accountability, rule of law, and security
- Supporting resilient and inclusive digitalization
- A sustainable and integrated economy
Additional evaluation points will be given for fellowship projects which contribute to ensuring environmental and climate resilience.
