About Music Tech Europe

Music Tech Europe Academy (MTEA) has officially opened its call for applications. The program is a pan-European, equity-free acceleration initiative designed to empower music-tech innovators, startups, entrepreneurs, and SMEs that are shaping the future of music and technology.

Co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Commission, MTEA is coordinated by Music Innovation Hub (Italy), Media Deals (Germany), Technoport SA (Luxembourg), MESO Events (Greece) and Music Tech Hub (Spain).

Through a curated blend of mentorship, market access, and networking opportunities, participants gain hands-on support from a pool of over 25 leading industry and business experts, the opportunity to take part in two in-person industry events, and the chance to pitch in front of international investors.

As Anna Zò, Project Leader of Music Tech Europe Academy, highlights, networking is a cornerstone of success for music-tech startups. MTEA’s network currently spans over 13 European countries, creating bridges across the continent and ensuring participants gain access to the right professionals, markets, and opportunities to scale. To deliver maximum value, MTEA collaborates with leading companies in music and technology. This year, two new partners joined the initiative, Google and BMAT Music Innovators, further expanding the reach and impact of the program.
