What Is This About?

Ukrainian MusicLab is designed to support Ukrainian artists navigating the challenges of war by helping them connect with European music professionals and expand their presence in the international music scene. Combining learning, performance, and collaboration, the programme aims to open career pathways and provide tools for artistic growth.

What to Expect

The programme includes:

- Online workshops in late September and early October 2025
- In-person training and showcase in Bucharest, Romania (21–24 October 2025)
- Online closing and feedback session in November 2025

Participants will take part in expert-led sessions on mobility, promotion, press kits, and networking. They’ll meet European music professionals and perform live at Control Club, one of the region’s most prominent music venues.

Who Can Apply

You’re eligible if you are:

- A Ukrainian solo artist or part of a band with a majority of Ukrainian members
- 18 years or older
- Based in Ukraine or in EU countries, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia or Moldova
- Creating and performing amplified music (minimum 1 EP and maximum 3 LPs released)
- Active on media and social platforms
- Motivated to expand your music career across Europe
- Fluent in English
- Available for the full programme (online and in-person sessions)

Selected participants will benefit from:

- Fully covered travel and accommodation for the Bucharest visit
- Training on EU mobility tools and funding
- Promotion through Europavox’s platforms and media channels
- Connections with international journalists, bookers, and artists
- A live showcase performance at Control Club, Bucharest
