Tallinn Music Week (TMW), one of Europe’s leading international music discovery festivals, invites artists to apply to perform at the 2026 edition in Tallinn, Estonia. Musicians and bands from all genres and countries are invited to submit their applications for a chance to perform and connect with global audiences and industry professionals.

What is this about?
Tallinn Music Week 2026 takes place from 9–12 April 2026 and includes a music festival, conference, and city-wide cultural programme. The event will feature around 180 artists performing for 18,000+ attendees, including over 1,000 international and Nordic-Baltic music professionals.
What to Expect
Performing artists will receive TMW PRO Passes providing access to workshops, mentoring sessions, and networking events. International artists may also receive hotel accommodation, local transfers, and performance-day catering. All participants benefit from professional technical support, exposure to a wide professional audience, and promotional opportunities.
Who Can Apply
The call is open to musicians and performers of all genres, from emerging talents to established acts. TMW encourages applications from artists worldwide looking to build international exposure and industry connections.
What’s Offered
All artists receive:
- PRO Passes for all performing members and 1 representative
- Access to festival events, conference, and mentoring sessions
- Presence on TMW PRO digital networking platform
- Professional production support during the performance
- Promotion across TMW’s media and industry network
Additional for international artists:
- Hotel stay on the night of performance
- Transfers from airport/ferry (upon request)
- 1 hot meal per performer on performance day
- Support with showcasing new releases
Conditions
Travel costs and performance fees are not covered. Selected artists must commit to participating and may be required to reimburse costs in the case of unjustified cancellations. Performances may be recorded and used for promotional purposes.
How to Apply
Submit your application by 27 October 2025 at 23:59 (EET) via the TMW 2026 Application Form. All applicants will be informed of the outcome by January 2026.
