Tallinn Music Week 2024 main dates
Music festival: Thu, 4 April – Sat, 6 April
Around 150 – 200 artists from various genres and scenes from all over Europe and beyond in Tallinn’s best venues play to an audience of around 15.000 people and to 1.000 music industry professionals from international markets and the Baltic-Nordic region.
Conference: Fri, 5 April – Sat, 6 April
Music industry conference of panel discussions, presentations and various practical activities, including dedicated mentoring sessions and one-on-ones with industry professionals; all aimed at taking your career to the next level. Also available to watch online via TMW DigiPRO platform.
City festival: Wed, 3 April – Sun, 7 April
Daytime explorations across Tallinn from city stage gigs to art and cuisine.
Tallinn Music Week Offers
To all artists
- TMW 2024 PRO passes to all artists/artist collective members and representatives that enable participation in both the music festival and conference (both in-person and online), including in the artist education programme of workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Exposure to around 1.000 music industry professionals and media representatives and an audience of 15.000 people.
- Access to the TMW PRO digi-platform and networking options with the region’s key music industry professionals as well as with selected international industry experts.
- Promotion to the national and international audiences.
- Possibility to promote new releases of international potential.
- The sound, lighting, backline and video equipment according to the submitted technical rider within the most suitable showcase and venue; all related assistance by professional production personnel.
Additional Offers
To foreign artists
- An opportunity to work with the festival’s promotion and production team on presenting and marketing your new releases.
- Transportation: airport or ferry transfer to the hotel.
- Accommodation: twin rooms for show night.
- Catering on a show day (1 hot meal).
To Estonian artists
- An opportunity to invite relevant international music industry professionals to see your performance at TMW.
- An opportunity to work with the festival’s promotion and production team on presenting and marketing your new releases.
- Dedicated artist coach helping to prepare for the festival.
Conditions of the Offer
- TMW does not cover international travel or artist fees.
- Once an artist has confirmed the performance, it can not be cancelled without a solid reason (health, international travel restrictions or similar). In case of cancellation without a solid reason, the artist may be subject to reimbursing costs made by the festival, related to their performance.
- All performances may be photographed, recorded or broadcast by the festival’s media partners for promotion purposes. Details will be discussed closer to the performance date.
