The RESEO Europe and Beyond mobility programme provides financial assistance enabling organisations and professionals based in selected countries to participate in RESEO activities. The second edition will focus on the RESEO Conference 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia.
The Europe and Beyond programme aims to:
- Provide selected organisations, artists and arts professionals with international visibility, networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities
- Increase the geographical diversity of our network
- Foster the exchange of knowledge and innovative practice, methodologies and ideas across Europe and beyond
Grant 1 : Free registration for the RESEO Conference 2025 and a financial contribution of €575 towards travel, accommodation and visa costs
Grant 2: Free registration for the RESEO Conference 2025.
Applications are open to:
- Freelance artists and arts professionals
- Non-profit organisations, companies, collectives and cultural institutions (one representative per organisation)
Applicants should:
- Be currently active in the opera, music or dance education field
- Have at least 2 years of professional experience in opera, music and dance education
- Have never been a member of RESEO or attended an in-person RESEO event
- Be able to communicate proficiently in English
- Have full in-person availability from 23-25 October (travel time excluded) to attend the RESEO Conference 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia.
- Be a full-time resident of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey or Ukraine.

About the RESEO Conference 2025“Making Sense(s): Wellbeing through the arts” will take place in Tallinn, Estonia on 23-25 October 2025 in partnership with Estonian National Opera. The conference will explore the interplay between culture, healthcare and social work, trauma-informed practice and strategies for accessibility for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. In addition, the programme will address wellbeing for arts education professionals and potential mental health challenges of participatory practice for artists and facilitators.
