Pimp my Walls – dražba za lepše stene

Pimp my Walls is a non-profit volunteer project carried out out of love for art, as a diversification of quarantine life and as a social experiment.

It is an art auction for a better quarantine, which took place on the basis of weekly auctions in which the art makers could sign up their artworks. The organisers called the project a “coronapitalist campaign” because it combines knowledge from marketing and start-ups (prototype principle, idea validation, then only production) with a love of art and a desire for positive social change. It does this with the help of modern communication technologies and solidarity – two principles that will become increasingly important in a world surrounded by coronavirus.
