As scientific evidence shows, Culture, deeply connected to human development, is a resource for the well-being of individuals and for communities, as well as in care pathways. WHO also recognizes this in its 2019 report and the pandemic crisis, with the effects of the lock down, has highlighted its contribution to people’s well-being and social cohesion.
The Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation launches a multi-year strategic program “Culture and Health: towards cultural welfare” on these bases to develop the alliance between these worlds in Piedmont, Liguria and Valle d’Aosta, Italy.
