About the Contest
In the past, crafts were shaped by hand tools, inherited techniques, and local materials. Today, they are transforming through 3D printing, laser cutting, bio-based materials, and AI-driven design. Woodworkers use CNC machines, textile artists explore smart fabrics, and ceramicists model digitally. But what does the future of crafts look like to you?

Tracks4Crafts is inviting video submissions that reflect this evolution, blending heritage with innovation and sustainability, through a personal lens.

What to Expect
Participants are asked to submit short videos (2–5 minutes) in .mp4 or similar format. The video should tell an authentic story about your craft and your vision of its future.

You may wish to explore:
- How modern technologies influence your work
- What changes are shaping the future of your craft
- How tradition, sustainability, and innovation come together in your practice

Videos can take any form: short documentary, interview, personal story, creative visual format, or experimental.

Why Apply
The contest offers an opportunity to:
- Showcase your craft and story to an international audience
- Engage in the wider Tracks4Crafts community
- Win first prize of €500
- Contribute to the ongoing dialogue about innovation in crafts
- Gain visibility through Tracks4Crafts channels and events

Eligibility
The call is open to craftspeople, makers, designers, and creatives from across Europe and internationally. Submissions are accepted from individuals and collectives.

Videos must be original and created specifically for this contest.
