Matadero | Art curators residency

Are you an art curator that wants to connect with Spain? Matadero’s Centre for Artists in Residence and LOOP are inviting curators to an art residency to get to know the artistic contexts of Madrid and Barcelona. The project aims to promote the professional development of art curators, bring different artists together and establish a context of backing and training. After the residency, the curator will schedule two sessions during the first quarter of 2025 as part of the Video Tuesdays programme at the Centre d’Arts Santa Mònica.

Culture Moves Europe | Funding opportunities for residency hosts

Culture Moves Europe's second open call for residency hosts aims to provide financial support to organisations and artists from all Creative Europe countries. To become a host you should regularly organise artistic and cultural activities and have the capacity to implement an artistic and cultural residency project. Check the requirements and invite cultural professionals to take part in the residency project.

Creative Europe | Cooperation opportunities

This is your chance to start a new collaboration! The action European Cooperation Projects supports projects involving organisations in the cultural and creative sectors of all sizes and from different countries to undertake sectoral or cross-sectoral activities. The project aims to create-cross border collaborations on two objectives: To strengthen the transnational creation and circulation of European works and artists and to enhance the capacity of European cultural and creative sectors to nurture talents, to innovate, to prosper and to generate jobs and growth.

Bothy Project | Residency for cross-disciplinary artists

The Bothy Project invites artists to go off-grid and take part in a residency at Sweeney’s Bothy, a simple live-work space in a remote and spectacular part of Scotland. Bothy Project aims to seek a balance in its self-directed residencies between practitioners who have been on residencies before and those who have not. The project wants incorporate and promote equality, diversity, fairness and inclusion across all art forms.
