About the Programme
The NEMO One-to-One Mentoring programme, organised in partnership with GEM – the Group for Education in Museums, is designed for professionals seeking personalised guidance from experienced mentors. This initiative supports museum and heritage professionals in developing their careers, refining their skills, and expanding their networks through structured mentoring sessions.
What’s Included?
- Three Online Mentoring Sessions: Goal-oriented discussions with an experienced mentor.
- International Networking: Connect with professionals across Europe’s museum and heritage sectors.
- Personalised Support: Gain career-advancing insights, resources, and practical advice.
Eligibility
- Open to professionals working at NEMO member organisations (museums, museum networks, or national museum associations).
- If your organisation is not yet a member, you can apply for Trial Membership, gaining full access to NEMO’s resources and benefits for one year.
