LINA Architecture Fellowship for Emerging Architects

LINA, the European architecture platform, is calling on emerging creatives working in architecture and spatial culture to submit architectural proposals. Selected applicants will become LINA Fellows, joining the LINA Forum in November, and gaining access to year-round collaboration opportunities.

What Is This About?

LINA is a network of 35 institutions across Europe that supports innovative thinkers at the intersection of architecture and spatial practice. The platform works to reshape design processes through sustainable, ethical, and inclusive approaches. This open call seeks fresh proposals that reflect critical thinking, creative vision, and an urgency to address spatial, environmental, and social challenges.

What to Expect

Up to 25 Spotlight LINA Fellows will be selected to:

- Attend the LINA Forum in Pristina, Kosovo (6–7 November 2025) for workshops, networking, and project discussions
- Collaborate with LINA Members on joint projects throughout 2025–2026
- Present outcomes of collaborations at the LINA Festival in Ljubljana in April 2027

Travel and accommodation costs for the LINA Forum will be covered (up to €350 per participant), and selected participants will also receive promotional support and visibility through LINA’s platform and media channels.

Who Can Apply

The call is open to emerging architects, designers, collectives, researchers, and spatial practitioners who:

- Are based in Creative Europe countries or Switzerland
- Are not yet internationally established in their field
- Have ideas that explore the spatial implications of environmental, social, or ethical issues
- Are interested in collaboration, mentoring, and professional development
- Can participate in activities online and/or in-person across Europe
- No age or educational background restrictions apply.

How to Apply

Submit your proposal via the official LINA website by 31 July 2025, 23:59 CEST. Your proposal can be a completed project or a new idea, grounded in spatial culture and aimed at real-world impact.
