Five organizations from Slovenia, Germany, Ukraine, Czech Republic and Estonia invite European artists to apply for one of eight production residencies in Ljubljana, Prague, Tallinn, and online. These residencies focus on how digital sovereignty and AI impact politics, society, and artistic expression.

About the Residency
This residency explores digital sovereignty and algorithmic influence on society and democracy. It encourages artists to create works that address these themes and reimagine technological sovereignty. Artists may develop new projects or expand existing ones, culminating in presentations at the hosting institutions and a final exhibition at Galerie Rudolfinum in Prague.
Eligibility
Applicants must be from or reside long-term in one of these countries:
Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine.
Participants will receive:
- Fully funded residency: Travel, accommodation, stipend, and production budget
- Monthly stipend: €1,000 net
- Production support: Up to €3,000
- Collaboration with experts in AI, digital media, and social impact
- Access to institutional infrastructures and exhibition opportunities
- Final exhibition at Galerie Rudolfinum, Prague

IZOLYATSIA (Online Residency): Digital media focus, expert mentorship, virtual workspace
MeetFactory, Prague: Studio, workshops, engagement in Prague’s art scene, final presentation
