About the Festival
The Voices Festival is an itinerant initiative designed to connect diverse European communities while promoting media literacy and press freedom. Following its first edition in Florence in 2024, which gathered over 1,300 participants, the festival now heads to Zagreb for three days of discussions, interactive workshops, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
The event tackles pressing issues in today’s media landscape, including:
- Artificial intelligence and journalism
- Disinformation and elections’ integrity
- Journalistic safety and press freedom
- Challenges in media economic models
- Media literacy and digital well-being
