The first ever EU-level Voluntary Review of the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development will take stock of EU’s internal and external implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. Such reviews are one of the main follow-up and review mechanisms for the 2030 Agenda at global level.
The EU’s Voluntary Review will be presented at the 2023 UN High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development.
The EUVR will provide the opportunity to reaffirm the EU’s commitment to the 2030 Agenda, increase the
visibility and consistency of the work undertaken on SDG implementation and to support the importance of this
shared global agenda at global level, at a time when multilateralism is under pressure.
All stakeholder groups are welcome to provide evidence and views: public authorities at all levels, civil society
organisations, business, academia and the general public.
