May 22, 2023

The Eramsus+ project eCHOIng is organising a webinar on fundraising for cultural heritage by bringing emphasis to the role of citizens as agents of change and sustainability. The webinar will focus on donations and crowdfunding as two main fundraising types, aiming to introduce participants to key concepts, tools and objectives of fundraising for cultural heritage and discuss citizens’ role in shaping and enhancing the impact and social value of fundraising. The sustainability of fundraising initiatives (and citizens’ contribution in it) will be addressed.

The webinar is part of a series on “Fundraising for cultural heritage: from donations to crowdfunding and the role of citizen engagement”, organised by Web2Learn in May and June 2023. This webinar will be followed by an expert webinar on cultural heritage fundraising (early June) and by an online and a face-to-face workshops (late June 2023).

This series is part of the EU-funded project eCHOIng (Recovery of cultural heritage through higher education-driven open innovation).
