Creative Compass Georgia project has launched a new grant call to support creative initiatives across Georgia's regions

The EU-funded Creative Compass Georgia project has announced a new grant opportunity to support and encourage innovative creative initiatives across regions of Georgia,

The Creative Connections grant call seeks to strengthen professional relationships within Georgia's cultural and creative industries. It provides opportunities for independent artists, creatives, cultural professionals, community leaders, and organizations to explore challenges and opportunities in the country, excluding the capital city of Tbilisi.

The grant program consists of two tracks:

Track 1. Creative Connections by Individuals focuses on supporting the in-country mobility of independent artists, creatives, community leaders, and cultural professionals. Grants in this track can be used for research, co-creation, production, and hosting events. Applications must involve at least two participants. The grant amount is €3,000.

Track 2. Creative Connections by Organisations supports organizations in implementing community-driven, cultural, and creative initiatives, as well as artistic residencies. The grant amount is €6,000.

An online information session about the grant call will be held on June 27th. The session can be accessed via the provided link.

The deadline for applications is 7 July.

The project is funded by the European Union and co-funded and implemented by the Goethe-Institut Georgien.
