Arts Council Malta has launched a new research study investigating the changing relationship between Public Cultural Organisations and audiences to cultural events in light of the ever-changing public health situation over the past months.
An ongoing project that aims to capture the spirit of the new realities brought on by Covid-19 through the mind of confined cultural practitioners. It stems from the need to ask questions and seek new ways in which to work in the future.
A COVID-19 Transition Arts Task Force has been set up by the Ministry for National Heritage, the Arts and Local Government in collaboration with Arts Council Malta.
Now that the COVID-19 emergency measures have been uplifted, the Ministry for the National
