The Audio-Visual Media (AVM) sector is undergoing rapid technological, market, and regulatory change, creating urgent new skills needs across areas such as artificial intelligence, intellectual property, and digital storytelling.
EIT Culture & Creativity has launched an open call for proposals supporting the development and delivery of skills-based Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses for Europe’s AVM sector – designed to help professionals and organisations adapt to these shifts, strengthen workforce resilience, and remain competitive.
The call funds shorter, targeted training offers designed to help professionals quickly upskill or reskill in response to emerging industry needs. Crucially, the call supports organisations that are ready to rapidly develop and deploy practical, market-relevant learning opportunities through primarily online, flexible training designed for working professionals.
