ZMINA:Resilience | Support for International Showcasing of co-creation projects

ZMINA Resilience aims to expand the visibility of cultural cooperation projects by Ukrainian and Creative Europe Organizations

IZOLYATSIA Foundation (UA) and Malý Berlín (SK) together with Trans Europe Halles (SE) announce the rolling open call for cultural and arts organisations within the ZMINA: Resilience project, strand "Support for international showcasing of co-creation projects".

The objective of this call is to support projects that bring artistic and cultural works co-created by Ukrainian and other Creative Europe cultural organisations to wider audiences through public showcasing and presentation events in Ukraine and across other Creative Europe countries.

Funding will be provided to projects featuring co-creations made by partnerships involving at least one organisation from Ukraine and at least one organisation from another Creative Europe country. The projects should maximise the visibility, audience reach, sustainability, and future showcasing potential of these works.

Supported projects are expected to include active partner cooperation to adapt showcased works to new audiences, for example by contextualising works, providing translation, involving local artists, experts and communities, conducting parallel programmes, and similar approaches.

All creative and cultural sectors are eligible except audiovisual.

AMOUNT

Total funding available: 950,000 €
Grant amount: up to 50,000 €, covering up to 90% of total project costs.
The remaining 10% must be covered by the applicants as their own contribution in monetary form (not in-kind) and reflected in their accounting statements.
Expected number of grants: 19–25.

ELIGIBILITY

Organisations working in the arts and culture sectors, registered in Creative Europe countries (EU countries and non-EU countries).

For Ukraine — registered in territories under the effective control of the Ukrainian government.

While proposals are submitted by a single lead applicant, the project must include at least two partner organisations from at least two countries, one of which is Ukraine. All partners have equal rights and joint responsibility for the correctness of data submitted on the platform and in future reporting.

The partnership must reflect genuine balance and exchange — not a formality. Each partner should play an equally important role, bring equal value, and contribute to reaching audiences in all participating countries.
