During autumn 2025, Fondazione Campania Welfare (FCW) is launching the first round of art residency as part of the OASis  project. The residency will take place at Parco San Laise, a former NATO base in Naples currently being transformed into a public cultural hub, currently hosting dozens of NGOs working in music, theatre, cinema, and visual arts, offering artists access to an active creative ecosystem.

The residency will focus on co-creation with local communities and the Foundation’s beneficiaries (children, youth, and vulnerable groups), aiming to revitalize the park through participatory art, design, and storytelling.
