Allianz Foundation supports projects for inclusive participation in cultural activities

The Allianz Foundation is inviting applications for its 2025 Grants Program to support civil society, ecological, cultural, and artistic initiatives. Special emphasis is given to projects intersecting these fields and pursuing systemic transformation. Eligible projects should contribute to Allianz Foundation’s mission of fostering just societies, resilient communities, and climate-neutral futures.

AMOUNT

Projects can be funded with an amount between 80,000 and 200,000 € for a maximum duration of 24 months.

ELIGIBILITY

- Applicants must demonstrate a clear impact plan with a systemic and sustainable approach.
- Projects should address global challenges through local initiatives, involving communities in participatory ways.
- Preference is given to organizations led by women, youth, or marginalized groups.
- Responsible use of natural resources is expected.

Arts & Culture:

- Promoting inclusive participation in cultural activities.
- Creating community experiences that counteract polarization.
- Advancing cultural practices at the intersection of art and climate transformation.

European Civil Society:

- Strengthening democratic resilience and social cohesion.
- Supporting independent, fact-based journalism and fostering open discourse.

Climate & Environment:

- Developing systemic strategies for decarbonization and climate justice.
- Promoting sustainable land use and biodiversity conservation.
